This website is operated by EvoCore Streetwear ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

Made-to-order products

All products are printed on demand by our production partner after you order. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Some product images are digital mockups or AI-generated concept visualizations, not photos of the finished item; these are labeled as AI concept visualizations. Garment measurements may vary slightly from the size guide.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We sell to customers in the United States only. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order, you'll get a full refund. Prices and products may change without notice.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping, cancellations, and damaged, defective or wrong items are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we find an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before going ahead and you can cancel for a full refund.

Intellectual property

All EvoCore designs, artwork, logos and site content belong to EvoCore Streetwear and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false order or contact information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
